Appointments can be modified, rescheduled,  or cancelled up to 48hrs prior to scheduled service(s). Any appointment modifications made outside of 48hrs will be considered a same day cancellation and penalized with a fee of 50% of the service(s) total. Deposits are transferrable, not refundable.
